Ricard Fontsere

Ricard did his Master studies on conservation genomics, inbreeding and genetic load assessment of wild boar populations, as well as understanding sensory biology and mating choruses and temporal dynamics of Túngara frogs in central America. His PhD topic is broadly focusing on the evolutionary and genetic drivers of frequent sex chromosomes turnover in various frog lineages.
